The girls had fun. We went to the mall to go trick or treating. Then Patrick took them around to the neighbors. Rachel wanted to make sure the pumpkins weren’t the only ones with a toothly grin. she got her first tooth.

Samantha wanted her pumpkin to have 2 triangle eyes, triangle nose and a big smile. We almost were not able to do this because when i picked up the pumpkin to bring it in to carve it was starting to rot on the bottom. Lucky for us that was the only bad part so we cut off the bottom and gave it the face she wanted. Who says you have to cut off the stem to carve a pumpkin?

The Halloween fun continues.

Samantha had her Halloween party in class today. It was a lot of fun. I got to stay and help out with the party. In the picture they are lined up to go trick-or-treating down the hall in their school.

Rachel is really on the move. She can get just about anywhere is wants in the livingroom.

We started off our week by going to the Children’s Museum. They had a special 2 1/2 hour Halloween party. Samantha got to go trick or treating, make a hat, go through a black light room (she didn’t like that), watch a juggler, wrapped me up in toliet paper so I looked like a mummy, went through a maze made out of hay bales (picutre above) and played a lot. That’s just the start of the week. we still have several other things to to.

I don’t really need to write anything with this picture it speaks for its self. However, please note the frosting on her chin. I’m not sure how it got there because she had not tasted the frosting yet.

I took the girls to there first pumpkin patch. Rachel slept most of the time. We picked out 2 pumpkins for a total wieght of 55 pounds. Samantha picked the bigger of the two.

Every good pumpkin needs to be cleaned to prepare it for Halloween

Nothing like a pretty face for Halloween.
